To be apart of the "Reese's Team", the first step would be to complete the application below then Reese's Dunn will contact you to discuss your current compensation split, the length you've been a Realtor and when you would be ready to start. Ms. Dunn will "BEAT or MATCH" your current compensation split so no worries there. The process doesn't take long at all, you can be switched and working same day.
 

If you are not licensed but in the process of getting your license, you may also apply and Ms. Dunn will contact you to discuss compensation splits as well as how close you are to getting your license and when you would be ready to start.

We understand that you may not want to leave your current Broker, but this is a Business Decision that you would have to make. We strongly believe that if your Broker had a better business opportunity, he/she would not have any problems in taking that offer so come on board with the "Reese's Team" and watch your income raise!

Once you become apart of the "Reese's Team", PhoneOps Funding, LLC will hire you as an "In-house Processor" and you'll receive a 1099 at the end of each year you work. Full training is provided, you'll gain access to the Training Site that walks you through each step on how to process your clients files. You'll also be assigned to Clients other than your own clients so that's another good way to make great income.

PhoneOps hired a stream of Marketing Executives to post online everyday so we get a stream of leads by e-mail and by phone. Once you are on board with us, you'll be added to the Lead Rotation and you'll work those leads by getting each client pre-approved then you'll show them properties, contracts are drawn & signed then you'll do the processing work until settlement. We'll even show you how you can generate additional leads for yourself.

As a Real Estate Agent, you need your Buyers to be Pre-Approved for a Mortgage Loan prior to driving them around, showing them houses & wasting your gas. As an "In-house Processor", your Client's applications are HIGH PRIORITY so you can get a Pre-Approval letter same day. No more waiting days, you can get it a lot quicker with PhoneOps so this is another added benefit for you.

* Must be a Licensed Realtor or in the Process of becoming a Realtor

* Must mail off Processor Affidavit to state (we'll provide)

* Copy of valid Driver's License or State ID

* Copy of Social Security Card
