Step 3 – Goal Points
In Step 3, you’ll find 10 Goal Points to reach in order to receive the award that is listed for each Goal Point.
Setting Goal Points keeps everyone motivated to work and it will also make you feel very important and successful for meeting any of these Goal Points.
When reaching each Goal Point, you’ll receive your reward by mail so please make sure your address on file is correct. If you moved to a different location, make sure to update your new address with our Processing Team.
Goal Point 1:
When you receive your 1st Check, this means you successfully completed the 1ST CHECK CHALLENGE.
You will receive a Certificate in the mail similar to the Certificate to your right.

Goal Point 2:
When you encouraged 5 Listing Agents to partner with PhoneOps, this means you successfully have 5 Listing Agent Accounts in your pipeline.
You will receive a Certificate in the mail similar to the Certificate to your right.

Goal Point 3:
When you receive $10,000 in commissions, this means you successfully reached the $10k In Commissions Goal Point.
You will receive a Certificate in the mail similar to the Certificate to your right.

Goal Point 4:
When you encouraged 25 Listing Agents to partner with PhoneOps, this means you successfully have 25 Listing Agent Accounts in your pipeline.
You will receive a Certificate in the mail similar to the Certificate to your right.

Goal Point 5:
When you receive $25,000 in commissions, this means you successfully reached the $25k In Commissions Goal Point.
You will receive a 6″ X 8″ Plaque in the mail similar to the Plaque to your right.

Goal Point 6:
When you receive $50,000 in commissions, this means you successfully reached the $50k In Commissions Goal Point.
You will receive a 7″ X 9″ Gold Plaque in the mail similar to the Plaque to your right.

Goal Point 7:
When you encouraged 75 Listing Agents to partner with PhoneOps, this means you successfully have 75 Listing Agent Accounts in your pipeline.
You will receive a 6″ X 8″ Clear Acrylic Billboard with stand in the mail similar to the Billboard with stand to your right.

When you receive $100,000 in commissions, this means you successfully reached the $100k In Commissions Goal Point.
You will receive a 9″ Diamond Crystal in the mail similar to the Crystal to your right.

When you receive $500,000 in commissions, this means you successfully reached the $500k In Commissions Goal Point.
You will receive a 12″ Award-Winning Crystal in the mail similar to the Crystal to your right.

When you receive $1,000,000 in commissions, this means you successfully reached the $1M In Commissions Goal Point.
You will receive a 72″ Large 3-Tier Award Trophy in the mail similar to the Trophy to your right.
