Step 1 – Important Information

 

In Step 1, you’ll find important information that is needed to become a successful Mortgage Account Executive. Knowing the Listing Agent’s website, learning the Piggyback Loan Program and having a great idea of the questions on the Listing Agent’s short application plays a key role in your success.

 

It is very important to follow each step of the Training Site everyday!

 

Step 1a:

Your Role

 

There are 3 steps that describes your main purpose as a Mortgage Account Executive. View these steps to your right.

 

These three steps are you main priority. We are going to call this the 3-Step Process.

 

Make this apart of your Daily Routine to do everyday in order to be successful.

 

Three Step Process 

 

1: Learn the Listing Agent’s site in order to know what to say, how to say it and send them to the site to partner with us.

 

2: Learn the Piggyback Loan Program in order to encourage each Listing Agents to put 100% Financing on all their listings

 

3: Contact Listing Agents to encourage them to partner with PhoneOps in order to receive 2 checks at closing instead of 1 check.

 

Step 1b:

Setting up your Voicemail

 

Since you are using your own dedicated phone line, you must keep this professional and change your current voicemail to the voicemail message to your right.

 

Checking your voicemail and responding back to Listing Agents is MANDATORY. You must do this everyday several times throughout the day.

Voicemail Message

 

Hello, you reached Mrs. / Mr. (your first and last name) with PhoneOps Funding, LLC. I am currently unavailable assisting others.

 

Please leave your name, contact number, e-mail address and the nature of your call and I’ll respond within 12 hours.

 

 

Step 1c:

PhoneOps Piggyback Program

 

it is very important that you know and learn this program. Click the logo to your right to gain access to the Piggyback Loan Program. 

 

Watch the video, read the program details, click the Guideline logo to read the guidelines in detail. Listing Agents will ask you how can we offer 100% Financing so knowing this program is great in order to answer their questions. 

 

Step 1d:

Listing Agent’s Site

 

Click the logo to your right to view the Listing Agent’s website. This is the site you’ll send all Listing Agents in order for them to sign up to partner with us. 

 

Watch the video and prep yourself for questions you will receive from the Listing Agents.

 

Step 1e:

Custom Landing Page

 

You have the option to have a custom landing page to send Listing Agents directly to so that way, you’ll never worry about if the Listing Agent included your name on their application.

 

Our custom landing pages are only a one-time fee of $50 and you own it. Click the logo to your right to pay the one-time fee of $50 for your own landing page. 

Step 1f:

Follow-Up Calls & Emails

 

It is very important to do follow-up calls along with responding to emails EVERYDAY! It is very important to stay in contact with each person that called, left a message and emailed you as you don’t want to lose that person as a potential Listing Agent account.

 

PhoneOps also want to keep a HIGH QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE RECORD so remember, keeping in contact with each Listing Agent, returning calls & responding to emails on a daily basis is MANDATORY!

Step 1g:

Business Cards

 

* Click the Google Docs logo to your right and there, you’ll see a folder named Business Cards. Click the folder to open.

 

* In the folder, you’ll find a .jpg version of the business card and the MS Publisher version.

 

* If you have MS Publisher on your computer, you can edit the business card with your information and save.

 

* If you do not have MS Publisher, you can simply right-click the .jpg and open in PAINT then edit the business card with your information and save.

 

* You can email your business card to Listing Agents, include in your email signature or you can order business cards through Vista Print, Overnight Prints, etc.
