Step 2 consists of tools needed to be a successful ER. Study the Specialist’s position details to have a better understanding when recruiting.

 

It is also best to study the CLTV Program and the Piggyback Program to have a better understanding of each program and to be able to answer any questions your Specialists may have.

 

 

Specialist Opportunity

 

 

Click the logo to your right to gain access to the Specialists Opportunity. This is the site you will send all potential recruits. Some of our ERs ask what would be the best method to follow so we provided a few steps:

 

1: When talking with each recruit, simply send them to this site while on the phone with them to explain the wonderful opportunity in detail.

 

2: Help each recruit to detemine which program they want to specialize in by going through each program in detail.

 

3: Breakdown the PayScale, do the calculations on a calculator so they can see the numbers with their own eyes. Each recruit should have a clear understanding on how they are paid.

 

4: Go over each benefit in the Specialists Investment Package (SIP) and inform each Specialist to complete the online application while remaining on the phone with you.

 

5: When each recruit gets to the last page of the online application, inform them to type in your first and last name in the box so when the application comes through the system, we’ll know that the recruit is yours. 

 

 

 

6: After the application is complete, each recruit will be re-directed to pay the Specialists Investment Package. Encourage each recruit to pay either in full or in monthly payments if they do not have all the funds available.

 

7: Once payment goes through, HR Dept will work on adding your recruit to the system and the Marketing Dept will work on their custom landing page, business cards, etc.

 

You can now move on to the next Recruit. As you an see, it is best to know this site front and back! 

 

Piggyback Program

Fresh Telephone Leads

 

Here’s an option to purchase leads. These leads already been interviewed, already have interest in working from home and starting either a business opportunity or a work from home opportunity that includes a small investment.

 

This is just an option, try out the 10 free leads and see if you can talk to someone at the company to determine if buying these leads are worth your time.

 

We were informed that a few of our ERs has purchased the Advance package to start with and it was worth it and now a few of our ERs purchased the Elite package and doing really good so again, this is just an option, totally up to you if you want to go this route or not.
