DUTIES:

Your main duty would be to: 

 

* Successfully recruit Specialists

 

* Have the ability to utilize multiple recruiting platforms to gather information on candidates.

 

* Able to build relationships with candidates and have the ability to clearly identify the areas of importance for each candidate in order to recruit & keep each candidate motivated to work.

Specialists You Will Recruit For

Full training will be provided to each of your recruits so no experience is neccessary.

 

This site will give you full details on the duties, requirements and Payscale each Specialists will make along with what’s included in the Specialists Investment Package. 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

* Must have a full home office equipped with computer, high speed internet, mouse, and a dedicated phone line. 

 

* Must have at least 3yrs experience in Recruiting.

 

* Must be able to work full-time, at least 6 days a week.

 

* Must be able to recruit a minimum of 5 candidates per week.

 

* Must be a self-starter and be able to start right after completing the online application.

 

* Must be able to FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. Your 1st set of Instructions is at the bottom of this page.

 

* Must have active accounts with the following platforms: Upwork, CareerBuilder, Monster, SimplyHired, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkUp, AngelList, Craigslist, Snagajob, Google for Jobs, Ladders, Dice, Job.com, Joblist, Flexjobs, Facebook, LinkedIn, InstaGram, Twitter, TikTok & YouTube.

PAYSCALE:

There are 2 Tiers on how you get paid. Below, you’ll view the breakdown of compenstion for each Tier. 

Pay is every Friday by check or ACH.

 

Tier 1: You are paid $50 for each successful recruit.

 

Tier 2: You are paid Five Basis Points (0.05%) of the 1st lien loan amount for each recruited Specialist’s closesd loan. (Residual Income)

 

PAYSCALE SCENARIO:

In this Scenario, you met your minimum weekly requirement of 5 successful recruits and each closed 1 loan in one month. The minimum 1st lien loan amount for each loan that closed was $1,000,000 so that’s a total of $5M in 1st lien loans. Let’s do the math:

Your commissions in 1 month would be $2,750 based on this scenario. Image you continue to meet your minimum weekly goal and successfully recruit 25 or 100 Specialists and they all close at least 1 per month? As you can see, your compensation will increase dramatically as long as you continue to recruit and motivate your Specialists because every time your Specialists receives a check, YOU RECEIVE A CHECK!
