Step 6 – Portal Access
In Step 6, you’ll find step‑by‑step instructions on how to navigate the PhoneOps Portal. You’ll be able to add your borrowers, check their statuses, create and manage monthly tasks, track your commissions, and generate a custom webpage for marketing.
Your new Agent Portal will be a powerful tool and a valuable benefit to your success as a Commercial Loan Officer, giving you the structure, visibility, and automation needed to operate like a top‑tier professional while growing your pipeline with confidence.
Add Borrowers
The Add Borrowers page allows you to quickly input new clients into your pipeline. As soon as you gain access to the Portal, you should begin entering basic borrower information so each prospect is captured and organized from day one.
Once a borrower is added, you can immediately view their status inside the Portal—eliminating the need to contact Processing or wait for updates. Simply log in, check where each borrower stands in the process, and take the next steps to move them forward.
This feature ensures every client is documented, easy to track, and ready for timely follow‑up. Each borrower you add will automatically appear in your Pipeline, where you can monitor their progress from initial inquiry all the way to closing.
View My Pipeline
Your Pipeline gives you a real‑time overview of every borrower you’re working with.
Each client is displayed by stage, allowing you to see who needs attention, who is progressing, and who is ready for closing.
This view helps you prioritize your day, manage follow‑ups, and maintain a healthy flow of active deals.
The Pipeline is designed to give you clarity and control, helping you operate like a top‑tier CLO.
Add Daily Tasks
The Tasks page helps you stay organized, consistent, and focused on the activities that drive production.
You can create daily, weekly, or monthly tasks to support your goals—such as contacting listing agents, following up with borrowers, reviewing new leads, or completing marketing actions.
As you finish each task, simply check it off to track your progress and build strong habits that lead to more closings. This is your personal workspace inside the Portal; no one else can see your tasks.
Use this feature to structure your day, stay accountable, and operate with the level of organization that top‑performing CLOs rely on.
My Custom Webpage
Your CLO Page is your personal marketing hub inside the PhoneOps Portal. In this section, you’ll create a professional webpage that includes your photo, bio, contact information, and a borrower submission link.
Each time a prospect completes the short form on your page, the lead is automatically emailed to you, allowing you to follow up quickly and guide the borrower into the 3‑Step Process.
It’s important to remember that the form on your CLO Page is designed for submitting a scenario, not for completing a full application. When you follow up with the borrower and determine which program best fits their needs, encourage them to begin the full 3‑Step Process so Processing can move them forward efficiently.
You can edit your CLO Page at any time to update your branding, messaging, or contact details. Once your page is complete, you’ll also receive a unique QR code that you can use on business cards, social media, flyers, or at networking events. When scanned, prospects are taken directly to your page—making lead capture fast, simple, and automated.
For an even cleaner link, you can visit Bitly.com to create a shortened, branded URL for your CLO Page. This helps ensure prospects click your link directly without navigating away from your personalized page.
Performance & Activity
The Performance & Activity dashboard gives you insight into your productivity.
You’ll see metrics such as how many borrowers you’ve added, how many tasks you’ve completed, and how active you’ve been throughout the month.
This section helps you measure your consistency, identify areas for improvement, and stay aligned with PhoneOps’ expectations for CLO performance.
My Commissions
The My Commissions page provides a clear breakdown of your earnings.
You’ll see commissions from your personal closings as well as residual income from your team members’ closings.
Each commission entry includes the borrower, loan amount, funded date, and payout percentage.
This transparency helps you forecast your income, stay motivated, and understand the financial impact of your production and recruiting efforts.
