In order to proceed to the next step, it is very important to get some business cards. Follow these instructions to proceed:

 

* Hover over the business card logo to your right, right-click and click Save Image As then save it to your desktop

 

* Go to your desktop, hover-over the business card, right-click, click Open With then click Paint

 

* Now you can edit the business card to reflect your information

 

* Once you made all the changes, click save and close out

 

* Go to www.VistaPrint.com, click the Business Cards tab, upload your business card that’s on your desktop and place your order

 

* Look out for offer popups, if you put in your email address, you may be able to save 15%-25% on your order

 

* Once you receive your business cards, you’ll be ready to proceed to Eventbrite.

Attending events through Eventbrite is an excellent opportunity to represent yourself and PhoneOps professionally. These events allow you to connect directly with landlords, real estate agents, and other industry professionals who can benefit from your expertise.

As a Commercial Loan Officer, you’ll stand out as a trusted resource — someone who helps others achieve their goals while expanding your own network and clientele.

 

Click the logo to your right to create an account with Eventbrite. When setting up your account, select the following in these categories then follow the rest of the instructions:

 

* Business: Startups, Finance, Real Estate, Investment, Sales and Other

 

* Community: State, County, City/Town and LGBT

 

* Click the box: Send me emails about the best events happening nearby

 

* Follow some if not all of the suggested options

 

* Then click finished

 

* Once you are in, click Business Networking in the search to start signing up to attend events.

 

There are hundreds of free events you can attend so pick a day out the week to attend events at least once a week.

 

Remember to keep it fun and professional and for every business card you give out, make sure you get one in return as every business card is a lead and can generate additional compensation for you.

When attending networking events through Eventbrite, you’ll naturally meet other Loan Officers, Mortgage Brokers, Insurance Agents, and a wide range of business professionals.

 

These interactions are valuable opportunities to share the advantages of working with PhoneOps and to highlight the strength of our programs, systems, and support.

 

Presenting yourself professionally and confidently goes a long way in building trust and sparking interest in what you do.

 

Encourage qualified professionals to partner with you and apply to join PhoneOps. By building a team of your own, you expand your influence and create an additional income stream.

 

For every loan that a team member closes, you earn 0.25% of the 1st‑lien loan amount, providing a steady source of residual income.
