Primary Responsibilities:

* Work directly with borrowers, investors, and real estate professionals

 

* Clearly communicate loan terms, structures, and program options

 

* Source and originate commercial loan opportunities nationwide

 

* Collect and submit borrower documentation for underwriting

 

* Represent PhoneOps professionally in all communications

 

* Coordinate with processors, underwriters, and closers

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Must be 18+ years old

    Must be organized and detail‑oriented

  • Must have strong communication skills

  • Must have a computer, smartphone, and reliable internet

  • No prior lending experience required — training provided

  • Must be comfortable speaking with borrowers and investors

  • Must be able to complete onboarding documents and follow compliance guidelines

  • Must be able to submit at least 1 borrower per week to get the 3-Step Process started

  • Insurance Agents, Sales Professionals, and NMLS Loan Officers are encouraged to apply

Compensation Structure (Two Options)

 

Option 1 — Hands‑Off:

Perfect for individuals who want to originate deals without managing the full process.

Option 2 — Hands‑On:

Ideal for Loan Officers who want to be more involved and earn more.

You:

* Send clients to PhoneOps website
* Encourage clients to start the 3-Step Process
* PhoneOps will send update emails to clients
* PhoneOps will request documents
* PhoneOps will request conditions
* PhoneOps will work with clients until closing
* You as the CLO will be Cc’d on all emails
* You simply call each client to check their emails

You:

* Work the file more actively
* Communicate with the borrower
* Assist with document collection
* Help move the deal through the pipeline
* Work the file from beginning to closing.
* PhoneOps WILL NOT send any emails to your clients, PhoneOps will only contact you for anything that is needed for your client.

Compensation:
1% of the 1st Lien Loan Amount
