Step 5 – Goal Points
In Step 5, you’ll find 10 Goal Points to reach in order to receive the award that is listed for each Goal Point.
Setting Goal Points keeps everyone motivated to work and it will also make you feel very important and successful for meeting any of these Goal Points.
When reaching each Goal Point, you’ll receive your reward by mail so please make sure your address on file is correct. If you moved to a different location, make sure to update your new address with our Processing Team.
Goal Point 1:
* 1st Check Challenge:
You’ll receive a certificate when you’ve earned your 1st commission check.

Goal Point 2:
* 5 Specialists Recruitment:
You’ll receive a certificate when you’ve recruited 5 Specialists and they have earned their first paycheck.

Goal Point 3:
* 25 Specialists Recruitment:
You’ll receive a certificate when you’ve recruited 25 Specialists and they have earned their first paycheck.

Goal Point 4:
* $25,000 in Commissions:
You’ll receive a 6″ X 8″ plaque when you’ve earned $25,000 in commissions.
This is a great milestone. Your plaque would look similar to the one on the right.
Goal Point 5:
* $50,000 in Commissions:
You’ll receive a 7″ X 9″ plaque when you’ve earned $50,000 in commissions.
This is amazing, you should be proud of yourself for reaching this Goal Point.

* 50 Specialists Recruitment:
You’ll receive a 9″ plaque when you’ve recruited 50 Specialists and they have earned their first paycheck.

You’ll receive a 9″ Diamond-shaped Crystal when you’ve earned $100,000 in commissions.
