REVERSE MORTGAGE REPRESENTATIVES
There are so many senior citizens out there that own their homes and on a fixed income but doesn't realize that they may be sitting on a Gold Mine which is the equity in their homes. We are looking for Reverse Mortgage Representatives to find these senior citizens and to inform them that they don't have to live with limited means anymore and that they can get on the right path to a greater financial freedom by utilizing PhoneOps Reverse Mortgage Program.
DUTIES:
Your main duty would be to strictly build your clientele (on all social media sites & off line) by finding potential clients that want to do a reverse mortgage on their primary home. Other duties would be is to assist clients to complete the online application when needed, encourage clients to pay their invoice for credit pull and to work with clients to collect all documents that's on the Check List in order to get it cleared. That's it, really quick & easy!
REQUIREMENTS:
Read the following requirements for this position:
* Must have at least 1yr experience in customer service
* Must be able to dedicate full-time work to perform this position
* Must have access to all Social Media groups/sites and advertise daily
* Must have desktop with MS Word, MS Excel & Cable internet connections if working remotely
* Must be able to spread the word in the community such as all types of social gatherings and events, games, shindigs, churches, halls, etc.
3RD PARTY PROCESSING:
PhoneOps uses 3rd Party Processing Companies to process all our Client’s files; they clear all the conditions and get our files to closing in a timely manner. Our 3rd Party Processing Companies handles most of the work; that way, our Reverse Mortgage Representatives can focus on building their Clientele and submit more Clients everyday to get more Clients Pre-Approved.
PAYSCALE:
As a Reverse Mortgage Representative , you are paid up to 1.00% Point off of every closed loan. View the breakdown:
1st Level: 1 loan closed per month
1st Level: 1 loan closed per month
2nd Level: 2 to 3 loans closed per month
3rd Level: 4 to 6 loans closed per month
4th Level: 7+ loans closed per month
