$100K to $2M

Term on 1st Loan:

30yr Fixed

Term on 2nd Loan:

Up to 5yrs

Minimum FICO:

720+

Rate on 1st Loan:

6% to 10+%

Rate on 2nd Loan:

7% to 20%
