If you are in the mortgage industry and active on the federal side or if you hold a state license, PhoneOps is looking to hire you as a Mortgage Recruiter to recruit Loan Officers to work for PhoneOps in the states PhoneOps is licensed in. This is a full-time opportunity with regular PhoneOps hours every Mondays through Saturdays from 10am to 5pm est with options to work remotely or at our corporate office located in Cocoa, FL. This is a very lucrative opportunity and a promising permanent career for the right person.
 
 
 
 

DUTIES:

Your main duty would be to strictly recruit Loan Officers for PhoneOps online and offline however way you see fit. You are able to recruit experienced or inexperienced Loan Officers as well as Loan Officers that just passed the test and those that are scheduled to take the test, just follow up with them to see if they passed and if so, then encourage them to complete the application to apply.
 

Now you will run into individuals that have mortgage experience but are not licensed. They may be either on the Federal side or just never took the time to get their license. You are able to recruit such person as an In-House Processor.

 
 
 
 

REQUIREMENTS:

Read the following requirements for this position:
 

* Must have at least 1yr experience in recruiting

* Must have at least 1yr experience in customer service

* Must be able to dedicate full-time work to perform this position

* Must have access to all Social Media groups/sites and recruit daily

* Must be able to recruit at least 2 Loan Officers per month (very low minimum quota)

* Must have desktop with MS Word, MS Excel & Cable internet connections if working remotely

 
 
 
 

TEAM MANAGEMENT:

As a Mortgage Recruiter, you have the option to create a team and manage all the Loan Officers and In-House Processors you recruit to keep them motivated to work and to keep in touch with them knowing when loans has closed, etc. This is called Hands On or if you are too busy or just don't want to manage your own team and want to be Hands Off, you have that option as well.
 
 
 
 

PAYSCALE FOR RECRUITING LOAN OFFICERS:
As a Mortgage Recruiter, you are paid up to 0.25% Points off of every Loan Officer's closed loan that you recruit. This is residual income and you will continue to get this residual income as long as the Loan Officer(s) work for PhoneOps. View the breakdown:
 
 

1. Lender Paid: If the Company is paid Lender Paid compensation, you are paid 0.25% off of each Loan Officer's closed loan that you recruit.
 

2. Borrower Paid: If the Company is paid Borrower Paid compensation, you are paid up to 0.15% off of each Loan Officer's closed loan that you recruit. The compensation for you depends on what was collected and also depends on what the Loan Officer is getting as well. We'll make it work to keep everyone happy in this situation.
 

Pay Example: Say you recruited 10 Loan Officers in multiple states and they all closed 3 loans in one month at an average of $125,000 loan amounts going Lender Paid since most of our closed loans are Lender Paid. You are paid $9,375 for that month and this is just for recruiting them. You didn't touch a file, you didn't process any docs, you didn't send out any disclosures and you didn't schedule any closings. All you did was recruit them.
 

Now imagine recruiting more Loan Officers and/or they closing more per month and/or the loan amounts are higher. Imagine the Loan Officers that you recruit work for PhoneOps for the next 10yrs, you will still get residual income off of their closed loans. No other company is still paying Mortgage Recruiters after the first year, only PhoneOps.

 
 
 
 
PAYSCALE FOR RECRUITING IN-HOUSE PROCESSORS:
As a Mortgage Recruiter, you are paid 0.25% Points off of every In-House Processor's closed loan that you recruit regardless if the loan closes as Lender Paid or Borrower Paid. This is residual income and you will continue to get this residual income as long as the In-House Processor(s) work for PhoneOps.
 
 
 
 

MINIMUM GOAL:

PhoneOps set a minimum goal for the ideal Mortgage Recruiter and the minimum goal would be to recruit a minimum of 2 Loan Officers or 4 In-House Processors per month. If you are taking this position seriously and working full-time, there shouldn't be an issue meeting this minimum monthly goal.
