We are looking for serious individuals that can strictly recruit In-House Processors to work from home in all states we are licensed in and also recruit In-House Processors to work at our Cocoa, FL office. If you have what it takes to work with a promising company, then you are the one we want to hire.
 
 
 

DUTIES:

Your main duty would be to strictly recruit In-House Processors for PhoneOps online and offline, however way you see fit in every state we are licensed in.

We provide full Step-By-Step instructions on our Online Training Site to all In-House Processors so as long as each potential recruit are computer savvy, willing to learn, capable of following instructions and can comprehend, there shouldn't be a problem in recruiting that person.

 
 
 

REQUIREMENTS:

Read the following requirements for this position:
 

* Must have at least 1yr experience in recruiting

* Must have at least 1yr experience in customer service

* Must be able to dedicate full-time work to perform this position

* Must have at least 1yr experience in managing & maintaining a team

* Must have access to all Social Media groups/sites and recruit daily

* Must be able to recruit at least 2 In-House Processors per week (very low minimum quota)

* Must have an operational home office with a desktop, MS Word, MS Excel & Cable internet connections

 
 
 

PAYSCALE:
The PayScale is based on the amount of closed loans your In-House Processors closed per month so it is very important that you keep them motivated to work because the more money they make, the more money YOU MAKE!
 
 

1st Level: This Level is when your team gets 0-25 loans closed per month
 
 

2nd Level: This Level is when your team gets 26+ loans closed per month

Example:

Here's an example of how you are compensated, we're going to start the 1st example on the low end. You've recruited 4 In-House Processors and on an average, the loan amounts were $100,000 and 3 Clients closed for each. 4 X 3 = 12 Closed Loans. $100,000 X a Quarter Point (0.25%) = $250. $250 X 12 Closed Loans = $3,000. You are paid $3,000 for that month.
 

Here's a 2nd example: You've recruited 25 In-House Processors and on average, the loan amounts were $125,000 and 4 Clients Closed for each. 25 X 4 = 100 Closed Loans. $125,000 X a Half Point (0.50%) = $625. $625 X 100 Closed Loans = $62,500. You are paid $62,500 for that month.

 

As you can see, the more you recruit, the more you maintain your team of In-House Processors to keep them motivated to work, the more profitable it will be for you. A very lucrative opportunity!!!
 
 
 

MINIMUM GOAL:

PhoneOps set a minimum goal for the ideal Mortgage Recruiter and the minimum goal would be to recruit a minimum of 2 In-House Processors per week. If you are taking this position seriously and working full-time, there shouldn't be an issue meeting this minimum monthly goal.
