WE ARE HIRING INSURANCE ASSISTANTS IN THE FOLLOWING STATES:
AZ, FL, MI, NC, NJ, NM, NY, OH, PA, SC, TX & VA!!!
DUTIES:
1. Generate new Clients for Insurance Products we have available
(Mortgage Protection, Final Expense, Term Life, Whole Life, Medicare & Health Insurance) EVERYDAY .
2. Complete the online application with each Client while on the phone with them. Collect all documents by informing each client to email the documents to you then you will be able to upload it to the online application for completion
3. Inform the Client that the Licensed Insurance Broker will run the quote based on their submitted application within 4 business hours. Inform each Client to expect an email with the agreements to eSign once their application has been accepted.
THIS IS A (~~~THREE STEP PROCESS~~~) YOU MUST DO EVERYDAY, SUNDAYS THROUGH SATURDAYS!
REQUIREMENTS:
* Must have at least 1 year of Customer Service experience
* Must have a desktop computer or Laptop with Microsoft Excel
* Must have reliable phone connections to make daily phone calls
* Must be able to get at least 2 Closed Applications per pay period
* Must be a Self-Starter and able to pass the Criminal Background check
* Must be able to set your voicemail accordingly based on the Training Site
* Must have reliable Internet Connections along with multiple gmail accounts
* Must be able to speak to clients professionally, complete their application over the phone and collect required documents.
PAYSCALE:
Compensation is different for Health policies and Life policies. View below to get a better understanding and more information will be on the Training Site. Payday is every 2nd & 4th Saturday of every month.
Health Insurance Only: For each Closed Application – you are paid $50-$100 depending on the coverage selected
Health Insurance Packages: For each Closed Application – you are paid $100-$200 depending on the coverage selected
Mortgage Protection, Final Expense, Term Life & Whole Life: The PayScale is based on $100 a month premium collected and the amount of applications closed in one given week and that is broken down into levels.
1st Level: This Level is when you get 1 to 5 applications closed in one week.
2nd Level: This Level is when you get 6+ applications closed in one week.

Once you have gained the experience of being an Insurance Assistant, knowing the Training Site, the script, the product, building people skills, motivation, dedication, consistency & leadership and if you feel as though you are ready to concur and build a team of your own, we are hiring Supervisors to hire, build and maintain their own team of Insurance Assistants. The ability to hire throughout the United States gives you apple opportunity to expand to an enormous team nationwide making a very lucrative income for you and your family.
