PhoneOps is hiring Grant Program Specialists to work Full time, Sundays through Saturdays from 10am to 5pm est working from home or at our Corporate Office in Cocoa, FL. The primary function of the Grant Program Specialist is to 1. Inform & educate potential Clients about our Grant Program. 2. Encourage potential Clients to apply for a Grant, 3. Ensure the timely and accurate packaging of all documents that's on the Client Check List and 4. Encourage each Client to allow PhoneOps to get their Credit pulled within a week. Other duties including but not limited to:

* Post listings everyday

* Work on leads everyday

* Do follow-up calls everyday

* Build and maintain your knowledge on all loan programs

* Making an extreme amount of outbound calls to potential Clients & current Clients

* Update Google Sheets & Check Lists while updating, maintaining & sending out Updated Check Lists

* Work with each Client by CALLING them EVERYDAY until they submit all documents on the Check List & get their Credit pulled.




Read the following requirements for this position:

* Must be able to handle many different tasks throughout the day

* Must be experience and have MS Word, MS Excel & Google Apps

* Must be a Self-Starter and able to pass the Criminal Background check

* Must have a clear & professional voice as it's needed when answering taking calls

* Must have a dedicated phone line plus Cable Internet if you prefer to work from home

* Must be able to keep in contact and work directly with each Client you are assigned to EVERYDAY

* Must be able to post 1 to 2 properties EVERYDAY in your assigned area and/or assigned price range

* Must have at least 1 year experience in processing mortgage loans and/or 2 years experience in Customer Service.


The PayScale is based on the loan amount. Below is a breakdown of how you are compensation while in training. After 2 Clients have closed, you qualify for a pay increase. Details are broken down on the Training Site. You are also compensated for each client that paid to get their credit pulled.
