Foreclosure Bailout Representative

We are looking for serious individuals that want to become a Foreclosure Bailout Representative. If you want to make a difference in someone's life by helping them get out of a tough situation that they never thought they could get out of, this would be the position for you.
 
 
 

Many people are facing foreclosure and don't know that PhoneOps has a Foreclosure Bailout Program that can provide them with options to help them. As a Foreclosure Bailout Representative, you will be trained to reach Property Owners that are facing Foreclosure and help save their properties before its too late.

Your main duty would be to build your clientele (on all social media sites as well as off line) by finding potential clients that want to save their property and becoming apart of PhoneOps Foreclosure Bailout Program. Getting acquainted with local communities is a plus.

Other duties would be to work with each Client until they submit all documents that's on the Checklist & to get their Tri-Merge Credit pulled. Full Step-By-Step Instructions will be provided.

Read the following requirements for this position:

* Must have a desktop computer or Laptop with MS Word

* Must have at least 2 years experience in Customer Service

* Must be able to complete daily assignments within 24 hours

* Must have reliable Internet Connections along with a gmail account dedicated to PhoneOps

* Must be a Self-Starter and able to pass the Criminal Background check

* Must be able to speak to clients & work with them to submit their required documents EVERYDAY

* Must be able to post at least 4 Listings everyday. This requirement is for all FBR's as this will help build clientele.

The PayScale is based on the amount of loans closed in one given month and that is broken down into levels. The cycle starts at the beginning of each month and the cycle ends the last day of that month.
