WE ARE HIRING FIX & FLIP ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES IN ALL 50 STATES!!!
DUTIES:
Your main duty would be to build your clientele (on all social media sites & off line) by finding potential clients that want to become a Real Estate Investor, that are already a Real Estate Investor and to find General Contractors to buy properties, Fix them up & Flip to sell for huge profits. Educating individuals on how to become a new Investor is a plus. Getting acquainted with Realtors & keeping in touch with them updating them on all available programs is also a plus.
THERE IS A (~~~FOUR STEP PROCESS~~~) YOU MUST DO EVERYDAY, SUNDAYS THROUGH SATURDAYS!
Other duties would be to work with each Client until they submit all documents that's on the Check List & get their Credit pulled. Full step-by-step instructions will be provided for those that need the training.
REQUIREMENTS:
Read the following requirements for this position:
* Must have a desktop computer or Laptop with MS Word
* Must be able to complete daily assignments within 24 hours
* Must have reliable Internet Connections along with a gmail account
* Must be a Self-Starter and able to pass the Criminal Background check
* Must be able to speak to clients & work with them to submit their required documents in a timely manner
* Must be able to post at least 3 Listings everyday. This requirement is for all FAE's as this will help build clientele.
The PayScale is based on the amount of loans closed in one given month and that is broken down into levels. The cycle starts at the beginning of each month and the cycle ends the last day of that month.
1st Level: This Level is when 1 to 2 of your Clients closed in one month.
2nd Level: This Level is when 3 to 4 of your Clients closed in one month.
3rd Level: This Level is when 5+ Clients closed in one month.
