Q: I spoke to a Listing Agent and he stated he will ask the Seller to do a 2nd only if we submit an offer. What do I tell him?
A: Inform the Listing Agent that you do not want to advertise to get a buyer, submit the offer just for the Seller to say no. We need to know up front prior to advertising.
Suggestions Section:
This section shows suggestions. It could be a suggestion about the Training Site, a suggestion about a Lead site someone found or it can be a suggestion on how to get more Realtors on board. I made some flyers, got all dressed up and went to some local Real Estate companies. I talked to the Broker and he stated that he will have a meeting with his Realtors. Just for going to 1 location, I got 28 Realtors signed up. I really wasn't expecting that but the loved the Fix & Flip, CLTV and the Piggyback Program and of course, they like the 2nd check at closing. Another Real Estate company ask me to do a presentation next week so I am excited for that.
Goals Section:

My first goal with PhoneOps is to make more time to proceed moving forward and making money as a CLO and I would like to make $5000-$10,000 per month to start.

It’s amazing to read other people’s stories and to see their struggle to success as this gives everyone hope and faith that things will get better. Here’s where you can open your heart and share the good and the bad of your life. It doesn’t have to be all bad, it doesn’t have to be all good; All we ask if you keep it real.

My cousin got the COVID 19 shot a last year or so ago and he is now blind. He attends a group session class with others that are blind and found out, all of them got the COVID shot. If you read this, don't get the COVID shot. It's coming back around and starting to kill people again so beware.
