BRANCH MANAGERS
If you are an active Residential Loan Officer and you meet the minimum requirements, we welcome you to this exciting career. This is a full-time opportunity with regular PhoneOps hours every Mondays through Saturdays from 10am to 5pm est. You'll have the option to schedule who work those days with your Staff.
Starting, operating & running a PhoneOps Branch is like owning your own business and you’ll have a reputable company to be by your side every step of the way. You’ll be the boss, you’ll run your Branch as you see fit but you’ll just have a few duties, quotas to meet & requirements to follow; mainly state law stuff, other than that, you are set.

* 1st Time Home Buyer Program

As you can see, we have the programs. Many other Mortgage Firms partner with us to get their clients to settlement. We have over 350+ Lenders & Funding Sources and still growing!!!
DUTIES:
Your duties would be to fully run a PhoneOps Branch while continuing to follow PhoneOps' guidelines. Other duties would be to hire a stream of Residential Loan Officers to add to your Branch. You will supervise, train and motivate each team member while meeting your monthly quota of closed loans. The successful candidate will have a Hands-On Approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.
3rd PARTY PROCESSING:
PhoneOps uses 3rd Party Processing Companies to process all our Client’s files; they will clear all the conditions and will get all our files to closing in a timely manner. Our 3rd Party Processing Companies handles most of the work; that way, all our Branch Managers & Residential Loan Officers can focus on building their Clientele and submit more Clients everyday to get more Clients Pre-Approved.
REQUIREMENTS:
Read the following requirements for this position:
* Must be able to do a 30-day Trial Run to see if you are a good fit
* During the Trial Run, you must be able to close 3 loans & hire 5 RLO’s
* Must have at least 1yr experience and already have a pipeline of clients
* Must be able to conduct weekly, bi-weekly & monthly meetings with your team
* Assist in ensuring that the branch is in compliance with all federal laws and regulations
* Must be able to perform interviews with potential hires & make important executive decisions
* Must be able to assign & submit all files to a Lender & assign each file to a 3rd Party Processor
* You and your team must treat all Clients with the up most respect and maintain professionalism
* Must be able to represent and promote PhoneOps within the Residential and Business community
Monthly Quotas:
As a Branch Manager, you must be able to meet the minimum quota of:
* 3 closed loans per month for the 1st 3 months
* 7 closed loans per month for the next 3 months
* 10 closed loans per month there after until next evaluation
* Hire a minimum of 5 new RLOs every month
Majority of other Mortgage Companies do not allow rollovers but
We Do so this is a plus! Our minimum monthly quota requirement is the lowest in the country for a Branch Manager so it’s very easy to accomplish our quota every month.
Licensing & Fees:
You are required to maintain and renew your license annually starting November 1st of every year. Branch licensing and renewals are paid by PhoneOps Funding, LLC every year.
As a
Branch Manager, you are paid two ways:
1. Hourly Compensation: You are paid $15 an hour, Mondays through Saturdays from 10am to 5pm with 1 hour off for lunch every day. This is a total of 36 hours per week.
2. Bonus Pay: You are paid a Bonus Pay of $100 off of every loan that closes through your Branch. The more RLO’s you hire, the more loans they will submit for funding. The more Clients that walk through the Branch, it would be in your best interest to help get all clients financed & closed as the Bonus Pay will add up for you and your family.
MINIMUM GOAL:
PhoneOps set a minimum goal for the ideal Branch Manager and the minimum goal would be to:
1: Hire and maintain a minimum of 25 RLOs
2: Work with all 25 RLOs to get them to close 3 to 5+ loans per month, nothing less
That’s It!!! Once you’ve reach this goal and maintain this goal every month, you’ll reach a 6-Figure Annual Income between $118,080 - $178,080 and this is on the low end of hiring only 25 RLOs and each RLO closing 3 to 5 loans per month.
