SUPERVISORS FOR INSURANCE ASSISTANTS

Your main duty would be to recruit, interview, hire, train, maintain & motivate a stream of Insurance Assistants nationwide. Building a strong team is very important as well as maintaining your team and keeping everyone motivated to work on a daily basis.
THERE IS A (~~~THREE STEP PROCESS~~~) YOU MUST DO EVERYDAY, MONDAYS THROUGH SATURDAYS!
Other duties would be to process all your Team Member's Closed Applications in a timely manner and get them sent for eSigning. Full step-by-step instructions will be provided.
Must have at least 1 year of Management experience
* Must have a desktop computer or Laptop with Microsoft Excel
* Must have reliable phone connections to make daily phone calls
* Must be a Self-Starter and able to pass the Criminal Background check
* Must be able to set your voicemail accordingly based on the Training Site
* Must have reliable Internet Connections and extreme experience on all the Social Media sites
* Must be able to speak to your Team Members on a daily basis and perform daily & weekly conference meetings
The PayScale is based on the amount of applications each of your Team Member's get closed in one given week. The cycle starts every Monday and the cycle ends every Saturday. Payday is every Saturday; no more snail mail as Payroll is through the Cash App.
Example 1: If you have 25 Team Members on your team and all of them get 3 Closed Applications in 1 week, you are paid $3,750 for that week. - 25 X 3 = 75 - (75 X $50 = $3,750)
Example 2: If you have 100 Team Members on your team and all of them get 4 Closed Applications in 1 week, you are paid $20,000 for that week. - 100 X 4 = 400 - (400 X $50 = $20,000)
