RESIDENTIAL LOAN OFFICERS
We are looking for Residential Loan Officers that want to make a Six Figure Income. Here's a great opportunity to work with a growing company that cares about your success. We accept clients that has as low as a 500 MID FICO SCORE so our doors are always open to take on new clients.

Your main duty would be to build your clientele (on all social media sites & off line) by finding potential clients that want to buy a home and educating potential Renters to purchase a home instead of renting. Getting acquainted with Realtors & keeping in touch with them updating them on all our available programs is a plus.
THERE IS A (~~~FOUR STEP PROCESS~~~) YOU MUST DO EVERYDAY, SUNDAYS THROUGH SATURDAYS!
3rd PARTY PROCESSING:
PhoneOps uses 3rd Party Processing Companies to process all our Client’s files; they clear all the conditions and get our files to closing in a timely manner. Our 3rd Party Processing Companies handles most of the work; that way, all our Residential Loan Officers can focus on building their Clientele and submit more Clients everyday to get more Clients Pre-Approved.
Read the following requirements for this position:
Must have a desktop computer or Laptop with MS Word
* Must be able to complete daily assignments within 24 hours
* Must have Caylx Point Software downloaded on your computer
* Must have reliable Internet Connections along with a gmail account
* Must be licensed, SERIOUS, motivated and ready to grow with a promising company
* Must be available for the 3rd Party Processor if and when he/she needs you & help out if needed
* Must be able to speak to clients & work with them to submit their required documents in a timely manner
* Must be able to post at least 2 properties that's for sale everyday. This requirement is for all RLO's as this will help build clientele.
The PayScale is based on the amount of loans closed in one given month and that is broken down into levels. The cycle starts at the beginning of each month and the cycle ends the last day of that month.
This Level is when 1 to 2 of your Clients closed in one month
2nd Level: This Level is when 3 to 5 of your Clients closed in one month
3rd Level: This Level is when 6 to 7 of your Clients closed in one month
4th Level: This Level is when 8+ Clients closed in one month
ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT
There's always room for advancement with PhoneOps. Once you have gained enough experience working as a Residential Loan Officer
, you'll then have the opportunity to advance to be a Branch Manager
running your own team of Loan Officers.
